SPENNYMOOR WOMAN FACES PIRACY CHARGES

A Spennymoor woman has appeared in court accused of infringing copyright laws by producing and selling copied films, games and music. Michelle Graver, aged 45, of Tudhoe Moor, Spennymoor, didn’t enter a plea to the 16 offences she faces when she appeared before Magistrates sitting at Bishop Auckland Court on 6th March. The Magistrates adjourned the case against Graver , declining jurisdiction, and she will now face trial in the Crown Court on a date yet to be arranged.
