SPENNYMOOR WOMAN FACES PIRACY CHARGESA Spennymoor woman has
appeared in court accused of
infringing copyright laws by
producing and selling
copied films, games and
music.
Michelle Graver, aged 45,
of Tudhoe Moor,
Spennymoor, didn’t enter
a plea to the 16 offences
she faces when she
appeared before
Magistrates sitting at
Bishop Auckland Court on
6th March.
The Magistrates adjourned
the case against Graver ,
declining jurisdiction, and
she will now face trial in the
Crown Court on a date yet
to be arranged.
